Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship? - Orders can take 2-5 business days to be processed. If you placed an expedited order before 1:00 PM PT, it will ship out that day depending on the volume of orders. Any order placed after the cut-off time will ship out the next business day. Standard lead production time is 3-7 days max. 

All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will go out the next business day. We are unable to edit or change any orders that are already in transit. Due to Texas state law, we are required to collect additional taxes for orders from certain states.

Please check your email for updates before reaching out. If you are past the allotted business days above, feel free to email to check status ( ClientServices@RareRetros.com  ; make sure to include order # )

When will my order be delivered? - Standard delivery time is within 14 days. Allow 3-7 days for production, 7 for transport. 

Can I Return a purchase? - All sales are final. All items are custom, made to order items, therefore we do not accept returns, exchanges or process refunds for any order once it is placed in production.

What is your brand's mission? - We aim to set a standard for suitability in the fashion industry by offering the highest quality shirts available on the market.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exchanges, no returns, no refunds accepted on any times. No exceptions.

How will my order ship internationally? - We ship with FedEx International Priority or UPS Expedited International - we do not ship USPS international unless no other service is available. 

Can I make changes to my order?  - Absolutely no changes can be made to your order once placed. We cannot make any changes to your shipping address or items in your order.
